3. Estimates & Proposals

All quotes and estimates are free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Written estimates include labor, materials, and projected timeline unless specified otherwise.

Work will not begin until the customer has approved and signed a written proposal or contract.

Durango Masonry & Tile reserves the right to decline or modify project requests if conditions differ substantially from the original scope.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in the written contract before work begins.

A deposit may be required prior to project commencement to secure scheduling and materials.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable payment methods include cash, check, or approved electronic transfer.

Late or missed payments may incur a service charge or delay warranty activation.

5. Warranty & Quality Assurance

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
All work performed by Durango Masonry & Tile is covered under a limited workmanship warranty (duration and coverage defined in the project contract).

Warranty exclusions include:

Damage caused by natural events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, extreme heat)

Improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications

Normal wear and tear over time
